AI Sourcing Assurance Checklist

Score one real tender, not your AI policy.

AI is already part of renewable-energy sourcing. The open question is whether it helps the team move faster without weakening the judgement, evidence and control behind the award.

Take one real process at whatever stage it sits: a development-stage grid or substation package, a BESS, wind or solar EPC award, an O&M or framework renewal. Score it 0, 1 or 2 across six questions covering reused requirements, supplier evidence, who holds the judgement, clarification trails, award reasoning and how the value is being measured. Use what is already in the tender file. Which questions score low matters more than the total.
