Aragon Research evaluated 14 strategic response management providers for its 2026 Globe. DeepStream was placed as an Innovator. Here is what the analysts found.

DeepStream named an Innovator in the Aragon Research Globe for Strategic Response Management 2026

DeepStream has been named an Innovator in The Aragon Research Globe for Strategic Response Management, 2026. Aragon Research announced the 2026 Globe on 22 September 2026, evaluating 14 providers across the strategic response management (SRM) market. DeepStream is one of the few platforms in the study built for the buying side of the RFx process.

Key points at a glance

  • Placement: Innovator in The Aragon Research Globe for Strategic Response Management, 2026.
  • Field: one of 14 providers evaluated, alongside names such as Loopio, Responsive, Keelvar and Fairmarkit.
  • Strengths named by Aragon: a user-friendly interface, platform focus, AI-based recommendations, procurement expertise, audit trails and a flexible API for ERP integration.
  • AI readiness: Aragon lists DeepStream as offering both AI assistants and AI agents, moving towards agentic procurement for automated RFx drafting and supplier matching.

What is strategic response management?

Strategic response management covers the software organisations use to manage complex, formal requests: requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), security questionnaires and tenders. Aragon's view is that the category has moved on from document assembly. The theme of the 2026 Globe is the shift from AI assistants that help draft answers to AI agents that run multi-step work on their own.

Most SRM tools sit on the sell side, helping suppliers answer RFPs faster. DeepStream works from the other side of the table. It is an eRFx platform that procurement teams use to run the RFx process itself, while also making it easier for suppliers to respond well. If you are new to the terms, our guide to RFP vs RFQ vs RFI sets out the differences.

How the Aragon Research Globe works

The Globe places each provider in one of four groups: Leaders, Contenders, Innovators and Specialists. Positions are set by three dimensions:

  • Strategy: product, product roadmap, market understanding, marketing and the management team.
  • Performance: awareness, customer experience, viability, pricing and packaging, product releases and R&D.
  • Reach: how well a provider can sell and support customers across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Aragon defines Innovators as providers with strong strategic understanding and objectives that have yet to perform across every element of that strategy. Put simply, the analysts rated where DeepStream is heading highly, and the job now is to keep growing its presence in the market.

What Aragon highlighted about DeepStream

Aragon describes DeepStream as a cloud-based eRFx platform that digitises the source-to-contract process, with modules for supplier discovery, pre-qualification, contract management and eAuctions. The report picks out the AI capabilities DeepStream released in 2026:

AI requirements and scope definition

Structures fragmented stakeholder input into a clear set of requirements before an event is built.

AI RFx generation

Turns past events and source documents into structured RFx drafts, so buyers start from a working draft rather than a blank page. See how AI RFP generation works.

AI supplier response assistance and bid comparison

Suppliers can submit the documents they already have, and DeepStream structures them for the buyer. Inconsistent submissions are converted into a standard format so bids can be compared like for like.

AI analytics

Analyses supplier responses, pricing and wider patterns across sourcing categories. Read more about AI sourcing analytics.

A virtual centre of excellence

Builds organisational policy, ESG requirements and risk controls directly into RFx creation, so good practice is applied in every event rather than left to each buyer.

The report also notes DeepStream's integrations with major ERP and back-office systems, and a plug-and-play approach through its API library that keeps implementation simple. You can see how this works on our integrations page.

Who DeepStream is built for

Aragon notes that DeepStream mainly serves mid-market procurement and supply chain teams, with customers in renewable energy, manufacturing, logistics and telecommunications. These teams use the platform to run multi-stage tenders, monitor compliance with sustainability standards and replace manual email and spreadsheet workflows. Aragon concluded that DeepStream is positioned to serve the mid-market by focusing on practical AI and usability that reduce friction in sourcing.

The one challenge Aragon named was awareness outside Europe. That is a fair point, and growing our presence with procurement teams in North America and beyond is a clear priority.

See whether DeepStream fits your team

An analyst Globe shows how providers compare on strategy and performance. Aragon's own advice is to start from your use cases rather than the chart. The Find Your Tech Fit assessment is a short questionnaire built for exactly that. Or, to see the AI RFx tools working on one of your own documents, talk to the team.
